You will have your own unfurnished room (11 x 11) and bath in a nice 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apt. I'm a young professional in my mid-twenties, prefer a similar roommate. No gender preference. I'm looking for a well-mannered, friendly, and responsible roommate. Must be ok with dogs- I have a small, friendly golden retriever, but unfortunately we cannot have any more pets as the complex only allows one per unit. Absolutely no drugs or smoking. Single occupancy only.
