I'm planing to move out of my apartment in late December or early January (with some flexibility on dates right now) so I'm looking to find a replacement for myself. The apartment is a great 2 bed, 2 bath, with walk-in closet, walk-able to the Virginia Square and Ballston Metro. The layout is perfect for roommates and offers almost identical space for each person. I've lived there for over 1.5 years without a car and find the area very walk -able to transportation, all errands (CVS, grocery stores, etc.), and nightlife/restaurants. My roommate, who you would be living with, is another VT grad and engineer working in the area so we're looking for another young-female (early-mid 20's) to fill my spot. She has been a great person to live with, is clean, courteous, and a lot of fun. The building you will be moving into is the Birchwood by Dittmar, right behind the Ballston Gold's Gym. Rent includes all utilities and is $1350 (the only added cost would be cable/internet). The lease you would be taking over is month to month and by subleasing you'll avoid all move in costs, I'll even cover the $25 lease change fee.
