Sadly I have to move away from Orange County before the lease on my dream apartment is up. This apartment is amazing. It is a spacious studio, a 3-5 minute walk from the beach, and a 3-5 minute drive from Main Street (downtown Huntington Beach), where you can find shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. Newport Beach is a 8-12 minute drive away along the Pacific Coast Highway. Long Beach is about 15-20 minutes away. Close to Irvine and Costa Mesa. AMENITIES (that I can think of, off the top of my head): A covered parking spot included, and guest parking is never a problem. Laundry is on site and very close to my apartment. Dog friendly. Newly renovated. Gorgeous full kitchen (see pictures). Pool/Spa. Gym. Community Room. Utilities are next to nothing (My utility bill was usually $35-45 month). Your options for cable/internet are Verizon Fios and Time Warner. ATMOSPHERE & COMMUNITY The best part of this apartment is the location, atmosphere and community. I was new to Orange County when I moved here, but everyone was so friendly and easy going that it made my transition seamless; within a few days I already felt at home. As a young professional I worked long hours throughout the time I lived here, and there was nothing better after a long day than driving along the Pacific Coast Highway towards my own getaway near the beach. The crowd here is fairly young, but a lot of families live here too. This place is perfect if you have young kids, as there are plenty of other young families around willing to help out. This place is also perfect if you are in you are single and in your 20s-30s because you are so close to Main Street in Huntington Beach, the Peninsula in Newport Beach, depending on the location of your apartment. IDEAL LOCATION WITHIN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX My apartment is renovated and ideally located within the complex. I have a southern corner unit. What makes this location perfect is it is quiet, but I can be as loud as I want. My unit is located far away from the construction near the pool and mailbox area. Right now the apartment complex (Huntington Breakers) is undergoing renovations. Everything they have finished so far looks amazing, however, some of the apartments near the pool and mailboxes can be noisy. Not this unit. RENOVATED UNIT This apartment complex has been around for a while, so some of the older units look outdated. Not this unit. This unit is renovated, with a gorgeous and spacious kitchen, new cabinets, new microwave, huge new refrigerator, new tile everywhere, and the bathroom has been completely renovated.
