I finish my internship in mid-September and am looking for someone to take over my month-by-month lease. The building is 2 blocks away from the Virginia Square and Ballston metro stations. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. It's one bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment on the 20th floor shared with two young professional guys in their mid-20s. The bathroom is shared with one of the roommates. Rent is $986.50/month, utilities included. Parking is available for $75/month. We're looking for another young professional, male or female.
