Hello, Im subleasing my apartment out because I am buying a house. I currently rent a 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom apartment. I'm looking for someone to take over the lease. The great news is, the apartment has hardwood floors in every room with the exception of the bedrooms. It includes a fireplace, balcony and is located on the second floor. There is no foreseeable damage, and I am also willing to leave the deposit so the new tenant does not have to pay it. The floorplan of this apartment is called "Basalt", which you can see on their site ). We face the West, so we have a great view! We live right across from Target and down the street from Whole Foods; there is a variety of other restaurants/stores that are within walking distance as well. If interested, you would have to qualify by submitting an application at the leasing office. I am not asking for the deposit and there is also a non-refundable pet deposit that I have put in, so if you have pets, this is a great deal! Your only costs would be:
Rent - $1006/month (which is locked in through our grandfathered rate)
Water and Utilities (which will be based on own usage)
Cars - $10 per parking space. Or I do have a covered parking space, which I pay $25 a month for, so if you are wanting to keep it, that it is an option.
Pet Fee - $35/month (optional)
Application fee per applicant and a one-time admin fee of $150.
There will be NO deposit and NO pet deposit fee because I have already paid those.
