The unit has a balcony that runs the width of the apartment. The apartment comes with a gated parking space on-site. The deposit for this unit is $500 with good credit. Electric and water not included in rent, but both are usually under $40 per month. The complex includes a picnic area with bbq facilities, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and laundry facilities. In addition, the on call maintenance is highly responsive. The front office, which is staffed seven days a week during business hours, is similarly helpful.
