TERMS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT: Ideal for one person; additional $250 for second person. Six-month lease and month-to-month afterward, though long-term rental is preferred. Security deposit is equal a month's rent. Rental history with minimum 680 credit score. If credit score is below 680, local co-signer with minimum 700 credit score is considered. One small pet on approval (dog or cat) with maximum weight of 20 pounds when fully grown; front lawn area not fully fenced. Note: service animal or ESA (with proper documentation) not considered pets and are exempt from weight/type restrictions and deposits.
