Hey there! I am moving to DC for work and need someone to take over my room in our 2 bedroom apartment, located at the gorgeous Mount Royal Apartments in beautiful and convenient Mt. Vernon. The room is large, with plenty of light, a good closet and your own bathroom! The apartment is spacious, has a roomy kitchen and large living/dining area, and washer/dryer in a separate little room. Rent is $900/month plus utilities and is available on JUNE 14 (I'm moving out June 13). My roommate Marcela is really wonderful - very sweet, friendly, quiet and respectful. She loves to do things around Mt. Vernon, enjoys yoga and going out with friends on the weekends. She's been a great roommate and I'll be sad to leave her. The Mount Royal is an incredible building with a lot of great amenities. It's just steps to Penn Station and tons of vibrant restaurants and shops on North Charles Street. It's a controlled access building and has a 24-hour fitness center, a club room to hang out in, a business center with a coffee/tea bar, a parking garage and parking lot. The management has been fantastic - very responsive and takes care of whatever we need.
