Keeping a clean and organized space is important to me. Looking for... -A working professional (preferably late 20s to 30s) with limited WFH. -Sociable but someone who doesn’t bring the party home, especially in current times during COVID. -Someone who respects all spaces, including shared communal spaces and belongings and regularly cleans up after themselves. -Sees the place as a safe place to relax and recover from the week. -A chill and lowkey housemate; keeps a positive and supportive environment. -Doesn’t have high expectations to become best buddies but I have generally become friends with all my past roommates.
