I'm leaving my amazing 2 bedroom apartment and am looking for someone to replace me! The apartment is located in downtown Silver Spring, close to the movie theater, Fillmore, AFI Silver, and lots of restaurants, Whole Foods, and CVS. The apartment and your room are very spacious, and there's a lot of storage in your room and the apartment in general. Your roommate has a half bath attached to her room, so the only thing you're really sharing is the shower. There's a W/D in unit, gas stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The living room and dining room are fully furnished and we have most kitchen utensils/pots/pans, etc., and there's also a balcony connected to the living room. About your roommate: Mid-twenties female working as a government contractor. Loves to read, swim, and hang out with friends. Low maintenance and no drama. We enjoy hanging out in the living room together but can also spend some time alone in our rooms. About you: Twentysomething male or female, has a job, neat and clean, is easy to hang out with. Rent is super affordable and includes ALL utilities. Parking in the underground garage is $120 a month and we have Direct TV currently which comes to about $69 a person per month, but continuation of that can be discussed with the roommate. If we choose you, you'd have to fill out an application with the apartment complex and be able to provide three recent paystubs. Lease officially starts on August 1, and you'd be required to sign a year lease. I may be out earlier than July 31, though, so we can work something out if you want to move in earlier.
