My roommate is moving out at month's end (move-in date flexible), and as such will be looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in the Avalon Ballston Square. We are a 1/2 block from the Ballston Metro, and walking distance from Giant and Harris Teeter. There is also a convenience store on the ground level. The apartment is on the 16th floor and has an enormous balcony with a gorgeous view of the city. The room is huge, 14ftX12 ft with a walk in closet and private bathroom.
