We're 2 blocks off the circle at 18th & P...so walking distance to EVERYTHING. the dupont south metro is 3 blocks, mad hatter is 2 blocks, 18th st. lounge/public are 4 blocks...you get the idea - the roommates are Jake (25, personal trainer), Eric (25, consultant, about to go back to get MBA @ Georgetown). We like to party, but are also looking for someone who is respectful of when people need to wake up early. - the building has awesome amenities: FREE continental breakfast monday thru friday!! FREE champagne/mimosas on sundays (once a month or so), washer/dryer IN UNIT!! Brand new kitchen with brand new appliances, including a fridge that has the water/ice thing on the door...i know, it's kind of a big deal. - I have a puggle named Jameson who lives with us. He's cool as shit. - the bedroom available is carpeted and roughly 110 sq. ft., definitely big enough for a queen size bed and a bunch of furniture. Shares a bathroom with one person. - We have a big ass deck that is great for summer beer pong/cornhole hit us up and we'll grab a beer and see if it's a fit. Thanks, Eric
