Looking for a roommate starting in December. The apartment is 865 square feet. You have a choice of 1 of 2 bedrooms (I am fine with moving to the bigger room if necessary) Bedroom 1 – $970 - 15’8” x 10’10” with a walk-in closet Bedroom 2 – $910 - 11’0” x 10’10” Utilities, insurance, and internet (/cable?) are extra. Included: a dish washer, dining room tables and chairs, living room sofas/chairs The balcony has a pretty nice view of High Park and downtown Toronto (from the 22nd floor). Washing machines and driers are in the basement (with a pay card). Underground parking is available at an extra cost. I’m a 32 year old male teacher (I teach in North-West Toronto). I like to play guitar, exercise, watch movies, go out around the city… I’m pretty considerate as a roommate and I like to keep the place fairly clean (though I’m not going to be crazy if you leave a few things around – as long as everything is pretty clean and functional).
