The shared spaces include a very charming living room and huge kitchen, a dining room, and a lovely back patio and yard. The furniture shown in the bedroom is not included, except the blue dresser. The rest of the house is fully (and nicely) furnished, complete with a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs, and a washer and dryer. The roommates are great - very neat and tidy, and friendly! Seldom is everyone home at the same time, so plenty of peace and quiet is offered. The ideal roommate would be a young professional or graduate student. Gender is not an issue. The rent is $700 a month, plus utilities (about $100 a month usually), and there is a fully refundable deposit of 1 month's rent upon move in. Let me know if you have any questions about the place.
