We're a 29 years old German and 23 old Indian both working as Software Engineers for SAP in Palo Alto. We're open, trustful and easy to get along with, which you should be too. We also like to hangout often in the evenings, have a beer, go to Castro Street etc.. We're not american pie'ish party anymals, but we're not super-quiet either. About the house: The house is in an really! awesome shape and was remodeled just now with high quality materials and workmanship. There's even a pool at the site! It's located about 1 mile from mountain view downtown (castro street) and close to companies like Google, NASA, etc. The whole house has ~1100 ft2 and 3 bedrooms, so we're planning to share it among 3 people. The room rent is 1200$ + utilities incl. internet (75$/month/person). The lease can be either 6 months or 12 months, whatever you prefer. The house is in private ownership of a very friendly Chinese married couple.
