In addition to the standard size washer/dryer in the unit, there's a building laundry room with extra-large washers and dryers, for over-sized items, like comforters. Full size bedroom closet, coat closet, and storage space next to the w/d in the entryway closet. Additional storage space is available for rent from the building in the garage. I've lived here for a year, and renewed for a second year, so the paint you see on my walls won't affect your ability to get your deposit back at the end of the lease. The colors are Benjamin Moore amethyst cream (purple) and lemon freeze (light yellowish green). Walking distance to the Greenwood Neighborhood hub at 85th St & Greenwood Ave. Near grocery and drug stores: Safeway, Fred Meyer, Walgreens, and Bartell Drugs. On bus route 48; building is between Aurora and Greenwood Ave, so you can walk to the E line and route 5 easily.
