I am a 28 year-old female working professional looking for a responsible, easy-going roommate to sign a 9 to 12-month lease starting between June and August (dates are flexible, but I need someone to move in by August 1st). The apartment is located at the highly-rated Hyde Park at Wells Branch (formerly IMT Wells Branch). The unfurnished room has a private bath with garden tub, walk-in closet, and plenty of room for a full bedroom set and then some. The rest of the apartment is furnished with an open-floor concept, 20-ft ceilings, sun room, large kitchen, and pantry/laundry room. I have a 40-lb Australian Shepherd who is well-behaved and home during the day. I am open to a roommate with a pet, and no pet deposit would be required. I am flexible on roommate lifestyle as long as you are financially stable and pay your half of the rent and utilities on time (these should not exceed $750/month per roommate for everything, and are likely to be closer to $725/month).
