Good prices for the pizzas they have. - Credit union/banks in the shopping district. What's Included? - UNLIMITED HIGH SPEED INTERNET. I'm a tech professional. I don't f*** around when it comes to internet speed and connectivity. We have Rogers Ignite 100. 100MBs Down, 10MBs Up. There's not too many people who live here so I figure this will do us fine. If we hit too many frustrating bottle necks we can easily amp this up. - BASIC CABLE. I honestly don't use cable, this came with our unit. If you're into TV this is here for you. I personally watch everything online. - CLOSE TO PUBLIC TRANSIT 2 minute walk to major intersection with various busses. - FREE GYM There is a small gym in our complex you can use at any time. We have a kick ass projector and a gaming system setup to play PC/Playstation/Xbox games. I only have PS3 and Xbox360, but hey if you have the latest gen stuff you can hook that up and game on the wall. - FULLY FURNISHED, READY TO GO Your room has everything you need. Desk, table, lamp, bed frame, wardrobe, shelves, mini fridge (4.4cu), mattress. Just bring your stuff, throw it all in there, call it a day. PRIVACY Your room comes with it's own key and lock. If you manage to lock yourself out, first I will take a picture of you temporarily homeless, and than if I have a spare we'll get you back in. If not we'll call a lock smith or something, but that expense is on you. Facilities and Appliances The washroom and laundry are SHARED. But the washroom you will be used by only one other, so while it's not fully exclusive, it's not going to be long lines or too inconvenient. ABOUT YOU We're looking for a clean individual to rent this room out to. Somebody quiet, and not up at 4am yelling into a mic while gaming. I mean don't get me wrong, i've rage quitted many a game in my day. But we're civilized now. ABOUT US: We're a young married couple with 2 cats. So if you have allergies, beware. The cats are however, quiet and friendly. I'm a sound designer, I make the bleeps and bloops for video games. My awesome wife works online. So we're kind of quiet people.
