The room is 14x12, fully furnished, for $850 plus $50 utilities for gas, heating, electricity, internet as well as a monthly cleaning lady for the common areas. The room has a bed, couch, desk, Herman Miller chair and closet. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans, pots, spices, tools, a smart oven and dishwasher. We are looking to fill the room starting March 1st. I am showing this weekend and the beginning of next week. 4br, with 2 baths, shared dinning room and kitchen. We are a german and english speaking household. Two roommates work in avivation (Stewardess & Pilot) and are barely home. I myself work in the field of gastronomy. Live and let live. Everybody is helpful, but has their own life. We get along best with organized, tidy and mellow people. No drugs or party people please. No smoking, no pets and no guests for more than one night. 2 Blocks from express 3 and 4 train, 20 min to Manhattan. As well as a bus to Williamsburg and Greenpoint. The requirements are that you pay on time, keep your belongings in your room, keep the common area clean and tidy, as well as clean/put away the kitchen items right after use as well. We have a dish washer and the monthly cleaning lady is part of the utilities. To move in you need first month rent and one month security deposit, $1800 total. Key for cash.
