House is located in Hintonburg/Mechanicsville area in walking distance to the transitway, Casa Luna Pizza, convenience stores, Hintonburg Marche (grocery store), some cool local bars, Giant Tiger & many other amenities of Wellington St W. House is currently resided in by two artsy roommates- one is a musician by trade and the other works in theatre. We are hoping to find someone that will fit the positive, community-oriented vibe of the house. Please reply to the ad with a little about yourself, including how long of a rental term Rent does not include utilities which are split between roommates. First & last month's rent required. Bedroom closet is on the smaller side, but there is additional closet storage available, if required. Pets not possible due to allergies, unfortunately.
