Lease ends the end of August. . $525 per month, utilities included. $25/month for off street parking space. 6 blocks from UO campus, 10min walk to downtown. Shared kitchen and bathroom with three 2nd floor tenants. Housemates are all very kind and respectful. Clean living space. Lovely garden out front. Secure place to leave bikes in covered front porch.
Only one person in the room, no couples. No smoking on premises.
