Hi, I'm currently looking for a roommate to share my 2BD/2BA apartment on the top floor at a Broadstone luxury complex. This was built less than a 4 months ago, so everything is pretty much brand new. It's a split floor plan, so you would have your own private bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen and living room are shared. There is plenty of room, so it doesn't feel crammed and you can move freely without any issues. About the Apartment: - Located right near the Chandler Fashion Center (Tons of shopping, grocery stores, etc.) - Not far from Tempe, Downtown Phoenix, and Scottsdale. - 2BD/2BA - All Granite countertops - Wood Cabinets - Patio - Stainless steel appliances - W/D in-unit - Wood flooring in common areas, Carpet in bedrooms - 3 Parking spaces per apartment are available to us - Common areas are furnished by me - Your bedroom and bathroom will be empty, so you can furnish them. I however, can furnish them, we can talking pricing changes if this is something you're interested in. This will make it easier on both of us, instead of having to divide up everything at the beginning of the month. A little about me: I'm a young professional, I work in Tempe M-F 8am-5pm. I'm pretty laid back, a clean person, and enjoy being active; I workout, go on hikes, and ride my dirt bike and motorcycle in my free time. I'm originally from Michigan, just moved down here not too long ago. I've had roommates for the last 5 years or so, so living with others is nothing new to me. I will occasionally have people over on weekdays, as well as weekends. Also on occasion, I'll have friends crash at my place and we may get a little louder on weekends (nothing too crazy). What I'm looking for in a roommate: I'm looking for a younger professional, preferably someone in their 20's or early 30's. Male or female doesn't matter to me, I've lived with both. Like I said, I'm pretty laid back, so as long as you keep your stuff clean and are cool with me, we shouldn't have any issues. As I mentioned I'll have people over, I don't care if you do the same. If you wanna have group game nights or drink with your friends at the apartment, go for it, doesn't bother me as long it's not too crazy on weekdays.
