We have a new true 3 bedroom apt with 2 FULL BATHS- All bedrooms are accessible without going thru someone’s bedroom so its not a railroad. All have windows,fit a queen and dresser, and closet. One bedroom which currently has a desk in it as well has its own full bathroom. The apt faces the street not the avenue so it gets great light but isn’t super loud. So obviously its an awesome neighborhood. In addition you can walk to everything in the East Village, Union Square ,Lower East side and Gramercy Park- NYU is walk-able. There is a lot to do in the neighborhood . There is a farmers market in Union Square, a Trader Joes around the corner, a new Whole Foods supermarket, and associated super market, There are two movie theaters one for independent films ( Village east cinemas) and the AMC which has the reclining chairs and foot rests pop up. And the big pone Regal on Broadway. There’s a Blink gym, and a New York Sports Club very close by. The L is a block away. The L,F, N,R,6, trains are a couple blocks away with express bus M15 that whisks you up 1st ave thru Gramercy, Murray Hill, to Midtown or down thou Lowe East Side ( LES) Chinatown all the way to the Staten island ferry in Battery park city, Financial district. It has its on dedicated bus lane and you can even follow it on the ap bus, bus to know the exact time it will arrive.
