Shared bathroom with one other, tidy, person. Full bath (tub and shower). Kitchen and living room are fully furnished. We have all essential kitchenware. We have a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and in apartment washer and dryer. The apartment also has a large balcony with a patio set right off of the living room. Building amenities include; theatre room (20 seats, large screen), games room (video games room, pool table, ping pong table), large gym, lounge, and multiple study rooms. We are two girls who are looking for an easygoing roommate. We have two cats in the apartment. We are also pretty social people. We are open to male or female applicants.
