Looking for female roommate to share 3 story, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house; only two will be sharing the house. Room for rent is a spacious walk out basement with one bedroom, full bath and private living area (~400 sq ft of private space). The house has a gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, beautifully furnished living room, full sized washer/dryer, hardwood floors, backyard, quiet neighborhood.
Neighborhood is very quiet, 0.8 miles from Congress Heights metro, on major bus lines, 10 min drive to either Barracks row or National harbor.
