Hi! I am renting a room for a girl in a comfortable, bright and spacious fully furnished apartment (3 bedroom - 1 ½ baths - 1 balcony).
The room can be with or without furniture. The apartment will be shared with other 2 female professional tenants.
The apartment is located in Roselawn and Chaplin. It's next to 4 different bus stops and is just 10 to 15 minutes distances (by bus) to 5 different subway stations (Eglinton, Eglinton West, Davisville, Glencairn and St. Clare west). Walking distance to parks, restaurants, banks, coffee stores, Pharmacists, Supermarket and shopping.
Please note that we are looking for another responsible, professional and neat girl, to share the apartment.
Rent would be $800.00 due on the 1st of each month (the hydro, heat, AC and unlimited internet are included) and is available April 1th.
Please email your info, a little about yourself and why you are looking. We would prefer someone for at least 6 months of commitment.
