Our roommate is moving, and one of the bedrooms in our 2 bd + converted living room Lower Haight apartment is opening up on March 1. Your roommates will be two women in their mid-twenties. We're easygoing, respectful, and open communicators, and we're looking for a roommate who shares those same qualities and values. Roommate 1 - dog mom to a 4 year old mini golden doodle named Gordo (expert cuddler and napper), works long hours at a startup, likes to dance anything and everything. Roommate 2 - fitness and skin care aficionado, also works at a startup, is often found planning next trip. Here are the details you need to know: - Historic, rent-controlled apartment building just off of the incredible Divisadero Corridor (Souvla, Bi-Rite, Little Star, 4505 Meats, The Mill, Salt Fitness, Yoga Garden, and Rare Device are just a few of our favorites), Lower Haight, and Upper Haight. - Base rent is $1500 a month. Utilities, electricity, and wifi come out to an additional ~$60/month per person. - Large, private bedroom with built-in closet and bay windows - Shared bathroom with two roommates (note that one roommate lives in the converted living room) - Laundry in-building on ground floor - Large, fully stocked kitchen equipped with garbage disposal and dishwasher - No additional dogs, please - Easy access to downtown with multiple MUNI lines - Great location for tech commuters: 1.5 minute walk to Haight & Divisadero tech shuttles and 9 minute walk to Oak & Steiner tech shuttles - Close to multiple parks and lots of nature (or as much as you can find in the city): Buena Vista, Duboce Park, Alamo Square, and Golden Gate Park are just steps away Please note be prepared to provide proof of employment via pay stubs or an offer letter.
