A little about the apartment building: Quincy Plaza is between the Ballston and VA Square metros. 20 minute commute into DC and parking is available for an additional fee. The building offers a gym, outdoor pool, BBQ area, game room, community room and a business center. There are no pets allowed at Quincy. The apartment has a beautiful balcony, and a great sunset view, perfect for drinking wine on a hot summer day. The entire apartment unit will be getting new carpet before March 31st move in and the entire building also got brand new carpeting this month.
