I have a fully set up home theatre with an entertainment system; which is set up with a 50" smart TV and a 5.1 surround sound home theatre system and an Xbox one S with 8 games, I also have a cable connection along with the IPTV setup which gives access to over 1900 TV channels from around the world, which I willing to share with whoever may stay here. The kitchen is completely functionally and set up for everyday life. I also have a range of entertainment options to choose from. This is a furnished apartment with a single room available for rent. The apartment is a spacious 949sq ft and located on the 22nd floor with a view to die for. Conveniently located 4 minutes away from the Yonge Eglinton TTC station and less than 2 minutes away from the nearest TTC bus stop. The location is also 2 minutes away from Loblaw’s, LCBO and the nearest Goodlife. It is located right at the heart of midtown, conveniently located between numerous eateries and bars.
