Hello, I am a rising third-year dental student looking for a roommate. I live at Camden Court Apartments located near Camden Yards, which is about an 8-10-minute walk to campus and about a 10-minute walk to the Baltimore harbor. Many UMB students live here. One bedroom will be available and it will be a shared bathroom for $701.50. Electric, BGE and Wi-fi are not included. The utilities range from about $40-$60 per person. Wifi via Comcast is $40 per person. This is an estimate. If you have a car, there’s a garage available for an additional $175/month. There is a washer and dryer available inside the apartment as well. It has a beautiful view, a 24-hour gym near the lobby, and a business center with free printing. The apartment is also equipped with Nest in each room, a remote temperature sensing system with the technology to be controlled from anywhere. The lease begins July 1st, 2018.
