Hi Potential Roomies! PYour new home is located in Silverado Ranch right next to Henderson, close to lots of shopping, and restaurants, AND Trader Joes! We're also not far from the IKEA :) (who doesn’t love IKEA?) Please email me at **** if interested. We are on the 2nd floor of an adorable apartment complex called Copper Creeks (Check it out, it's really cute! -https www copperrents com ) You would have your own room with a walk-in closet and your own bathroom. The space is 1068 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with modern kitchen, breakfast bar, bright living area, and patio/balcony (which I plan on turning into an outdoor oasis). The complex has an awesome pool, fitness center, and the clubhouse has ping pong table, pool table, a small move theatre, an office space, an organic yoga, and free yoga! The pictures you see in the listing are NOT ours, they are the apartment complex’s photos as we haven't yet moved in, but we have really good taste as well I promise! We are looking for a down to earth professional, that is smart, friendly, and respectful. I work in environmental sustainability and my boyfriend works for a consulting firm. We like traveling, exploring, working out, sushi, Westworld, and playing with our little puppy Bone. Yes, we have a basset hound who is about 9 months old! New roomie MUST love dogs! I am originally from the east coast and my boyfriend is from California. We are both new to Vegas and are looking for a like minded professional to room with us. We’re happy to tell you more about the location and ourselves over! Your base rent will be around $550. (sorry we haven't finalized base rent yet) We will then split cable ($25 pp), electricity, and natural gas ($50 pp) 3 ways! There are some documents you’d have to submit to the apartment complex before moving in including paystubs, rental history, and maybe a background check.
