If an applicant does not have a minimum of one year rental history, a co-signer will be required. CRIMINAL HISTORY: Background check is completed. Charges that reflect a threat to real property, persons or the quiet enjoyment of other tenants will affect eligibility. CREDIT CHECK: There must not be any utility bill in collections or amounts owed to previous landlords. PET POLICY: No pets please.
