This awesome location is waiting for a new great set of tenants. Hydro is extra, steps to subway and TTC. Bloor street a few mins away. Location is amazing, place is fantastic. it is 3 rooms plus an extra one for a den, eat in kitchen, hardwood through out. Showing it to sets of three ..Not large enough for 4 tenants sorry. Back to school time is close so it will be hard to get great places. questions please ask. the place was painted 2 years ago.
