3 bed 2 bath at Columns of Wakefield - North of Raleigh near Wake Forest. Myself (30M) and my roommate (24F) are seeking a roommate for the third room in our apartment. We both work full time, are generally clean and laid back. Looking for someone around our age, who is of a similar temperament, either working or studying full time. No pets, drugs, children, couples, live-in boyfriends, or drama. Rent is $400 plus utilities - which are usually around $50. Room is unfurnished (ignore the things in the photo, they're being moved out). The common areas are all furnished how we like them. The lease on the apartment is up in February and we do not plan to renew - so please take that into consideration. Tell us a little about yourself in your reply.
