I've been at this apartment for the last 3.5 years. However, in the middle of my lease, I have to move out (work relocation). I've loved this unit. It's on the third floor of a 3-Flat. Only six units total in the building so it's extremely quiet, neighbors are great. Natural sunlight is key and this place has it. I've also put some paint/work into the apartment so it looks great! Smoke-free, no animals and it's spotless!
Couple key notable items:
1. Price for this apartment is $1555/month until July 31st, 2019**BUT**I'm willing to pay the difference to help you and myself out. If you move in November 1st, you'll pay $1350/month until the lease expires July 31st, 2019. If you move in December 1st, you'll pay $1400/month until the lease expires.
2. Boystown, wrigley, sheffield bars and restaurants, lakeshore, LP, roscoe, etc - it's all a quick walk/commute away. Never have had to wait more than 2 minutes to get an uber here as well.
3. Parking is street but it's zone 383 which extends across most of the Lakview area. Never ever had an issue with finding parking on the same street.
4. Transportation you're down the street from Diversey, Wellington and Belmont (Red, Brown and Purple). You're also close to Halsted bus (8) and the diversey bus as well the 22/36 at Clark and Diversey.
5. NO DEPOSIT! Always nice to hear. No move-in fee either!! I believe only fee was background and a admin fee which is small. Seriously, Chicago ever always asks for a deposit and these guys don't.
6. Response time for anything to be fixed is great! 9 times out of 10 I get same day maintenance.
7. I'm also selling some items here so if you need stuff and rather not buy them new or don't want to move old stuff, let me know what. I can tell you what I'm selling!
8. Utilities to pay for (electric which averages t roughly 35-42 bucks a month, gas which is cheap average I'd say 18-31 and then whatever TV provider you'd like (this building is comcast and RCN friendly).
9. Building laundry where the storage units are but it's easy because not alot of people here so doing laundry is never an easy! We all store our bikes down there, do laundry, etc - people in the building are very friendly!
