If you like food, which we hope you do, we live extremely close to some of the best restaurants in DC, such as ­­Old Ebbitt Grill, Joe's Seafood, Hamilton, Ocean Prime, and of course, &pizza. We've converted part of the dining room into a third bedroom to decrease the cost of rent, so the total price for rent/utilities (water, electricity, and wifi) in the master bedroom is just under $1650. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom with a tub, large closet with doors, and two windows.
