Hi! I'm looking for a down to earth roommate who has a good sense of humor, is very clean and responsible, and is looking for a December 26th-January 1st move-in date--hoping for a professional female in late 20s or early 30s. I am about to sign a lease for an adorable house on North Orianna Street in Northern Liberties. It is a really cute little trinity with a kitchen and a living room with a working wood-burning fireplace on the first floor, a small bathroom (which we would share) and an available bedroom with its own working fireplace and a closet on the second floor (bedroom will fit a queen sized bed), and my bedroom on the third floor. There is a small finished basement with a washer and dryer and room for a small reading nook. The house has central heating and air and is attached to several other units that share a large gated brick courtyard with a side patio area specifically for this house. The neighborhood is Adorable, quiet and very safe. Awesome shops and bars on 2nd street, the Piazza, etc... are all within a five minute walk. Street parking. I do internet and Netflix but am not into Cable, so if you wanted Cable, that's the only thing you'd need to pay for by yourself. I have a TV and plenty of furniture for the house, but the couch is small so if you have a larger couch or other pieces you like, that would be welcome. I have all that kitchen jazz including dishes. Although I love animals they aren’t allowed in this rental. Expenses: $725 a month for rent per roommate Approximately $85-95 a month for utilities per roommate Move-in cost: prorated first month’s rent and deposit and non-refundable application fee-$29 on Zillow I'm 29 and work at Capital One in Wilmington, DE. I am friendly and outgoing, but respect people's space. I do yoga and am starting an alumni community service group at my alma mater. I drink socially, but I don't smoke or do drugs and am looking for a roommate who is on the same page with that.
