777 Broadway · Apartment for Rent

Hi! My husband just got a job in Boise, Idaho so I'm looking to sublet my apartment ASAP and move there with him. Ideally, you would take over my lease that ends on September 7, 2019 (with an option to renew). I live in a 2 BR / 2 BA with a friend of mine who is clerking for the 9th Circuit - he's a great roommate! I'm happy to put you in touch with him - he's 28 years old, loves to cook, and is exceptionally clean. The building is called "777 Broadway" and is a 3 minute walk from the 12th Street BART. It's a brand new complex - I was the first person to live in this room and have only been here 3 months! Lots of great amenities including a rooftop with bar/grill, Amazon lockers, healthy vending machines, etc. The room is spacious with an attached bathroom and huge walk-in closet. There is a large courtyard right outside our backdoor. In-unit washer/dryer. Amazing bathtub! Bedroom comes fully furnished - queen size bed, desk / chair, lamp, end table, arm chair. Everything is BRAND NEW because I had to move out here from the East Coast just a couple of months ago and didn't want to go through the hassle of shipping a bunch of stuff cross-country. I am also open to renting the room unfurnished so if that's preferred, please let me know. Utilities average $60/month per person. Parking is $250/month if you have a car.
