Greetings future roommate! My name is Tom (32) and I live with my fiance Liz (29). We are looking to fill our unfurnished spare bedroom. We live at 1060 Continentals Way in the Belmont Terrace apartment complex. Besides the features listed on their website, this apartment has many more features including the following. - Very close to 92, 280, 101 and Caltrain - We border Water Dog Lake Park (https www yelp com biz water-dog-lake-park-belmont-2) You can walk right into it from our apartment parking lot. - Walking distance to Safeway/Lunardis grocery store as well as a few other restaurants. What we're looking for: - Financially Stable - Rent the room for at least 6 months. - Cleanly - Sociable - No smoking/drugs - No Pets - Single Occupant  - Prefer a gamer Liz and I have done our best to make this apartment our home and so we are looking for someone that also believes that a clean/organized apartment is relaxing. We both believe communication is key to a happy living situation.  About us: I work in the health industry while Liz works in management/accounting.
