My roommate and I are looking to fill the last room in our condo apartment.
The condo is located on the corner of Island Ave. and 2nd Ave. in downtown San Diego. We live right across the street from Ralph’s grocery store and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars.
The room is located on the top floor of the condo. It has its own closet and bathroom with a shower.
The unit has a balcony overlooking the intersection of Island Ave. and 2nd Ave. that has a small storage closet. There are also lockers located in the garage for bikes.
Currently myself, Jasper, and my other roommate, Daniel, live there. We both work up in the UTC / La Jolla area during standard working hours. Daniel works in the architecture field and I work in software.
