The apartment is located minutes away by walk from university village (restaurants, gym, clinic) and is walking distance to all classes and Wesbrook Village (grocery, restaurants, etc) You will have full access to all the common areas of the house (kitchen, living room, patio, washer/dryer) as well as a parking space if needed. There'll be one quiet, friendly female UBC student occupying the other room until the end of June, after which the apartment will have nobody other than yourself occupying it.
