I am looking for a roommate for my current tenant at 830 Lawrence Avenue West. Available now, the rent is $1250 a month and includes the bedroom, private bathroom (not attached to the bedroom), utilities (heating, air, maintenance fees), internet and cable. The unit is fully furnished except for the bedroom. The current tenant is a quiet female who has a small dog. The dog is multi pet friendly, bonding well with all animals. The common areas of the unit are to be shared and include the living area, kitchen, laundry, balcony and storage locker. Parking is available for rent from other owners in the building in the range of 100 to 150 a month. I'm looking for a month to month renter preferably (leases are negotiable). I would require 2 months rent minimum upon arrival. The current tenant is female so I am looking for another female tenant as well. Please provide current employment info and previous landlord references (if applicable) if interested.
