I'm taking a job out of state and need someone to step in to take over the remainder of my lease. I'm also leaving the deposit I placed on the apartment there, so you'll get it back when you move out. Tons of Storage + Massive windows! I love light in my apartments and this one fit the bill perfectly. It's also a quiet building full of respectful professionals. The studio also has a separate walk-in closet + a separate kitchen (rare to find in a studio). It's a little older, so you're not getting an ultra-modern minimalist esthetic, but for the price it's genuinely worth it. I worked around this by filling the space with items that complimented the space while still bringing in my desired ambiance.
