Greetings! I am leaving the state to head to graduate school and am looking for someone to sublet my studio for the remainder of my lease through September 28th (flexible though). My studio has been perfect! Across from Whole Foods/Safeway, walk to downtown Redwood City (about a 6 min walk). Close to 101 and 280 and blocks from Caltrain Station. Studio is brand new in luxury Huxley Building. I am the first tenant, so it's clean and barely used! The balcony is my favorite part- it's a great space addition to the unit and wonderful space for reading or sunning with views of the hills behind Redwood City/San Carlos. All new appliances throughout. W/D in unit! Please email me to set up a time to see the unit- if you are remote, I am happy to Facetime and show you the unit. There is parking under the building ($100/month extra) but there are always street spots next to the building as well. Tenant will be responsible for payments for water/gas/electric/ etc. I find this costs about $20-30 a month. Internet is $30 a month. $500 deposit. Option to extend lease after September 28th, 2019.
