The 1 time dog fee is $300/per dog and the 1 time cat fee is $200/pet cat. The pet rent is $25/month per animal. Unless ESA, they do live here for free! First month's rent is due upon move-in. We also require renter's insurance that can either be provided by us for a $15 a month charge or can be acquired by you. If you provide your own insurance, we will waive the $15 per month fee. I highly recommend this, since personal insurance is typically cheaper and covers more. Our rent also gives you access to all our 24/7 amenities including: an indoor bike storage, storage units, a dog park and dog wash stations, fitness center, clubhouse, yoga room, a basketball court, a tanning bed, several outdoor BBQ and bench areas.! We are steps away from WSU Campus and have several bus stops on the sidewalks around our property!
