The upstairs features the main bedroom with double closets and attached full bath, laundry room, 2 additional bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and 2nd full bath. The home has gas heat. Appliances included are range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer & dryer hookups. Basic garbage & recycling are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Small pets allowed! Maximum of 2 pets, each 1 year old or older and 35 lbs or less, with pet rent of $25 per month per pet and additional refundable pet deposit. All Applicant(s) will be screened for financial responsibility. There must be at least 1 Financially Responsible Applicant residing in the unit. Any "Non-Applicant Tenants" are not responsible for paying the Rent and will not be screened for financial responsibility but may be screened for conduct.
