Our neighborhood is a jogger and dog walker’s dream: the well-marked walkway at SE 31st Street provides a town kayak launch for the Davis Canal and a great view of the center of the island, not accessible by car. This is our favorite area to catch a great sunrise/sunset around the marshlands and to check out a lot of waterbirds. There is a secondary walking path at SE 20th, so there is potential for a longer loop for the runners in your group! Lush landscaping and a wonderful backyard make this a private coastal retreat. Roast s'mores in an outdoor fire, walk your furry friend down the friendly street, or cozy up inside our open living space. With an oversized primary bedroom suite and two large, comfy bedrooms sharing their bath, you will have plenty of sleep time privacy.
