To whom it may concern- We are renting two rooms at this Monte Vista location. However rent will be 1400 per room, security deposit is 1400 each for the rooms. Also this does not include bills split or items needed for the house. Also there is a cleaning service every 3 months you would have to split. Dogs will cost extra. Photos don't do it much justice, but the rooms are sizable to fit a full or queen size bed. Each room has its own bathroom. One garage parking spot available. If interested please let me know.
