Approved small pets, under 30lbs, are allowed with a refundable pet fee of $400 and a monthly pet rent of $25 per animal.

SERVICE ANIMALS & ESA
Requests for Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) or Service Animals will be reviewed individually in accordance with applicable fair housing laws. Prior to moving in, you must disclose the presence of a support or service animal and provide a letter from a qualified, licensed healthcare professional stating that you have a disability-related need for the animal. Pet fees do not apply to Service Animals or ESAs.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
