A well-maintained and energy-efficient space, it is on the bottom floor with another apartment above, but gets excellent light throughout the year. The kitchen includes a microwave. Smoking is prohibited on the entire property. Pets are considered on a case by case basis, but no dogs are allowed in this apartment (although there are currently two dogs in the building). One year lease preferred, with a six month lease available for a $25/month surcharge. Tenant pays for the following utilities: electricity (there is no gas in the building) and internet. Owner is responsible for lawn maintenance and snow removal.
